About Christian
Christian is a California-based lighting and digital media designer working in live performance, immersive entertainment, and architecture.
Since completing his BFA in Production Design at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, he has worked in performance and immersive spaces around the world, helping to create worlds rich with light and digital content. During his graduate studies, his lighting practice expanded into architecture and themed entertainment. He received his MFA in Lighting Design from the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles, CA.
Christian has been the recipient of Theatre Bay Area Awards for Outstanding Lighting Design, San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Awards for Excellence in Lighting Design, and a Lighting Artists in Dance Award. He currently teaches lighting design at Stanford University.
